Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive experienced in the labour/manpower agency industry to develop client relationships, source new business, coordinate recruitment, and support sales operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth
• Identify and source new business opportunities within the labour/manpower agency market
• Coordinate recruitment and placement processes to ensure timely and effective candidate deployment
• Follow up regularly with clients and workers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Handle sales enquiries and provide operational support to meet daily business targets
• Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements
• Work independently with a responsible and target-driven approach to achieve sales goals
• Apply knowledge of recruitment processes and local market conditions to optimize service delivery

• Experience in the labour/manpower agency industry preferred
