A Leading Importer and Distributor of Frozen, Chilled and Ambient Food Products (Shah Alam, Selangor)
Procurement & Demand Planning Manager: Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team of 3, the role is responsible for leading the transformation of the company’s Procurement and Demand Planning functions, aligning the supply chain with the company vision through Automation, Data Analysis, and Speed to achieve tech-enabled efficiency.
Required: Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management in the FMCG or Premium Food Import industry, tech-savvy with proven experience with BI tools and Supply Chain Optimization software, and familiarity with the ADKAR framework (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) to drive digital adoption and mindset alignment within the team.
