Job Summary

You will coordinate daily reefer operations at PSA Terminal, liaise with customers to ensure timely and efficient repair jobs, and conduct warranty and quality assurance checks to verify accurate billing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily reefer operations within PSA Terminal to ensure smooth workflow
• Liaise with internal and external customers to schedule and monitor repair jobs for timely and efficient completion
• Conduct warranty and quality assurance checks on completed technical jobs to verify accuracy of customer billing
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve operational issues
• Adapt to rotation shifts including Sundays and Public Holidays as required by operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or Nitec in Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and email communication
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with people at all levels
• Willingness to work on rotation shifts including Sundays and Public Holidays
