Clinic Assistant (Women’s Health Specialist Clinic)

We are a specialist obstetrics and gynaecology clinic providing personalised, high-quality care to our patients. We are looking for a responsible, organised and patient-focused Clinic Assistant to join our team.

This role is suitable for individuals who are mature, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service including patient registration and appointment coordination
• Assist the doctor during consultations and procedures (chaperoning when required)
• Manage phone and administrative enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
• Support clinic operations including billing, cashiering, and basic dispensing
• Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organised, and welcoming

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Comfortable using computers and clinic systems
• Able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Responsible, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal skills and a calm, professional demeanour

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Able to handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday (rotating shifts):8:00am – 1:00pm or11:00am – 3:30pm

Salary

$2,400 – $2,900 per month (commensurate with experience)
