About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring smooth fulfilment of daily B2B transport operations. Your goal is to match customer demand with the right supply channels (drivers, fleet, vendors), ensure on‑time trip completion, and support ongoing service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily B2B transport trips based on customer bookings.
- Assign trips to employed drivers, rental fleet, and external vendors to ensure service levels and cost efficiency.
- Monitor live operations, resolve issues quickly, and ensure all trips are fulfilled on time.
- Serve as the main contact for drivers — manage job allocation, address field issues, and build strong driver engagement.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Fleet, Vendors, and Data teams for booking updates, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
- Support monthly planning cycles (S&OP), forecast supply needs, and provide operational inputs.
- Track KPIs such as SLA performance, fulfilment rate, driver utilization, and cost metrics, and highlight improvement areas.
- Drive continuous improvement in dispatching processes, planning tools, and operational workflows.
If you are someone who brings:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, transport, fulfilment, or related fields.
- Strong planning, analytical, and real‑time decision‑making capabilities.
- Experience working with drivers, fleets, couriers, or vendor partners is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-variability environments.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with dispatch or transport management systems is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
