ConstructionGeneral Foreman

Weare seeking an experienced Construction General Foreman to lead and coordinatedaily site operations for building and civil engineering projects. The role isresponsible for ensuring all site activities are executed safely, efficiently,and in line with project specifications, quality standards, and WorkplaceSafety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Thesuccessful candidate must be hands-on, able to lead large site teams, andensure smooth coordination between workers, subcontractors, and site managementto achieve project targets.

KeyResponsibilities

·      Leadand supervise daily site operations including rebar works, formworkinstallation, concreting, lifting coordination, and other heavy constructionactivities.

·      Coordinateand manage manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to meet projectschedules and milestones.

·      Interpretconstruction drawings, method statements, and work instructions, and guide siteteams accordingly.

·      Ensureall works are carried out in compliance with project specifications, safetystandards, and WSH regulations.

·      Monitorsite progress, productivity, workmanship quality, and material usage to ensureefficient operations.

·      Conductdaily site inspections and ensure prompt rectification of unsafe practices,defects, or non-compliance issues.

·      Coordinateclosely with engineers, supervisors, project managers, and consultants toresolve technical and operational matters.

·      Planand allocate resources effectively to minimize delays, downtime, and wastage.

·      Preparedaily progress reports and report site issues, risks, and delays to management.

·      Verifyworkers’ attendance and endorse timesheets for submission to HR.

·      Lead,supervise, and motivate workers to maintain discipline, productivity, andsafety awareness on site.

Requirements

·      Minimum2–3 years of experience in building, civil, or infrastructure constructionprojects.

·      Atleast 1–2 years in a foreman or site leadership role.

·      Stronghands-on knowledge in reinforcement works, formwork systems, concreting, andgeneral site operations.

·      Experiencesupervising multinational site teams is required.

·      Overseasor Middle East project experience will be an advantage.

·      Physicallyfit and able to work in demanding outdoor construction environments.

·      Willingto work extended hours, weekends, night shifts, and public holidays asrequired.

·      Strongleadership, coordination, and communication skills on site.
