# Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or related fields

* 5+ years of experience in operations management, executive leadership, business management, or related roles

* Strong understanding of business operations, organizational management, and strategic planning

* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

* Ability to manage multiple teams and operational priorities effectively

* Experience working in international business environments is preferred
