Executive – Call Centre | Kuala Lumpur



Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Perform verification and follow-up calls when required
  • Resolve customer enquiries and complaints within SLA
  • Update and maintain accurate call records in the system
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-5 year of customer service/call centre experience
  • Insurance/Takaful background is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
  • Able to handle difficult customers professionally
  • Basic MS Office and computer knowledge required
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
