Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting various HR management functions. The individual will also assist in maintaining proper records, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and addressing HR-related inquiries from team members.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience with HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and foster effective Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in an on-site environment
• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of employment laws in Malaysia is a plus
• Prior experience in similar industries (Oil & Gas, Construction, etc.) is beneficial
