Hiring: Project Manager (IT / Digital Transformation) | Singapore

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a high-performing team supporting large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives within a structured enterprise/government environment.

Location: Orchard, Singapore

Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Hybrid)

Eligibility: Singaporeans / SPR Only

Salary Range:

Up to SGD 10,500/month (4–7 years experience)

Up to SGD 12,100/month (7+ years experience)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience in IT or Digital Transformation projects

• Strong experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery governance

• Familiar with Agile / PMP methodologies

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in ICT procurement and contract management practices

• Good understanding of Singapore Government ICT environments and IM on Procurement

• Experience in IT risk assessment and compliance activities

• Able to manage multiple workstreams and consolidate information effectively

• Strong team player with proactive and self-driven attitude

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Public Sector / Government agencies

• Change management or training delivery experience
