Role Description

As an Executive/Senior Executive for Training, Programme, and Unit Development, you will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and executing programmes that align with the mission and vision of Girl Guides Singapore. Your responsibilities include delivering training for Guides and adult leaders, developing programme resources, and supporting unit outreach. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of programs, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to advancing organizational goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bishan, Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in programme development, curriculum design, and training facilitation.
  • Experience in event coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as Microsoft Office and online collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.
  • Demonstrated passion for youth development, volunteer engagement, and community outreach.
  • Prior experience in education, non-profit, or youth leadership programs is a plus.
  • Degree or diploma in Education, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field preferred.
