Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering practices
• Expertise in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering
• Strong skills in Project Management and the coordination of engineering projects
• Understanding of local regulatory and compliance standards for building and project approvals
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional certification in engineering (e.g., PEPC by BEM) is highly advantageous
• Experience interacting with local authorities and utility service providers
