Responsibilities

Job Descriptions;
1) Lead and supervise daily security operations, including the deployment of security officers.
2) Ensure compliance with established security procedures through regular checks and enforcement.
3) Conduct patrols and inspections to maintain adequate security coverage and detect irregularities.
4) Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
5) Respond to emergencies (e.g. fire, medical incidents, accidents) and coordinate with relevant authorities.
6) Conduct shift briefings and provide on-the-job guidance to security officers.
7) Liaise with the outsourced security agency on manpower deployment, attendance, and performance matters.
8) Ensure emergency equipment (e.g. first aid kits, AEDs) is properly maintained and in serviceable condition.
