We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support business operations, gather requirements, and help improve processes and decision-making across teams.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, helping to define requirements, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements & Business Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear specifications
• Support solution design and process mapping activities
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and operations
• Support process optimization and standardization initiatives
• Assist in implementing new tools and business solutions
• Help improve cross-team collaboration and efficiency

Data & Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and business insights
• Analyze basic datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Support KPI tracking and performance monitoring
• Help ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with product, operations, and technical teams
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
• Support project coordination and delivery activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with documentation tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus
