Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, with regular weekly travel to the company’s plant in Puncak Alam required.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting end-to-end sales operations, including processing customer orders, managing delivery schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate communication across internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, supporting export documentation, and coordinating closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery execution.

This position requires strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Coordinate sales activities by managing production schedules, delivery timelines, and related documentation.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery execution.
• Update management on monthly delivery schedules to support accurate billing and invoicing.
• Maintain and organize financial and non-financial records in electronic systems.
• Prepare and generate sales-related reports as required.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of sales support materials and related documentation.
• Track delivery schedules, batch numbers, and product expiry dates.
• Prepare and update price lists, trade promotions, and customer offers.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer data within the system.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or product substitutions.
• Support export documentation and coordination activities.
• Coordinate regularly with the production and warehouse teams in Puncak Alam to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administration, or similar support role.
• Experience in export documentation and coordination is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage to support coordination with Mandarin-speaking customers or stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ERP or sales management systems will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel regularly to the company’s plant/factory in Puncak Alam.
