Job Description

Dynamic Safety Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to support the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders and quotations.

The candidate will work closely with management, operations teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and proposals
• Coordinate tender submission schedules and requirements
• Review tender specifications, compliance requirements, and supporting documents
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for tender-related matters
• Maintain proper tender records and documentation
• Monitor GeBIZ and other tender portals for new opportunities
• Assist in administrative coordination and reporting duties
• Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in tender coordination, administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in GeBIZ tender submission will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in preparation of quotations, proposals, and compliance documents preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
