Responsibilities :

• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining and repair requirements.

• Perform repair and maintenance work using approved technical data, job instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Set up, operate, and maintain machinery such as CNC, grinding, lapping, CMM, polishing, pressure blast, peening, lathe machines, and chemical cleaning lines.

• Measure dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to ensure product accuracy.

• Troubleshoot machine issues, perform basic repairs, and modify processes to achieve required performance standards.

• Carry out daily 5S housekeeping and preventive maintenance using approved checklists.

• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

• Support cross-training activities, supervise trainees, and assist in developing team technical capabilities.

• Comply with all workplace safety requirements and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
