Responsibilities:

• Responsible for field operations, maintenance, upkeep, harvesting, transportation & infrastructure
• Implementing & maintaining good agricultural practices according to the Company’s directions
• To look into cost control & budgeting
• Ensuring field operations are appropriately staffed & labour requirement set
• Working to maximise the production quality of fresh fruit bunch (FFB)
• Regular communication & preparation of Reports to head office.
• Planning & implementing work schedule to achieve goals and targets
• To conduct close monitoring and to ensure that all operations and activities within the Estate are according to the practice and guidelines provided by the Company

Requirements:

• Preferably a candidate who possess a Degree/ Diploma in Agricultural Science/ Forestry / Plantation Management or related discipline.
• Candidates without tertiary education but with hands on experience will be considered.
• A proactive, detailed oriented, dynamic leader & team player with good analytical, problem solving, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Preferred languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English, Bahasa Indonesia would be an added advantage
• At least 8-10 years of hands on working experience in palm oil estate and management and is familiar with field operational management
• Able to effectively communicate with & motivate staff & labour force, ensuring employee's welfare is being taken care of.
• Those with experience in estate operational management in planting, costing, budgeting, execution & monitoring are highly desired.
• Computer literate
• Willing to work in Bintulu & will be based in Estate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
