JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, prepare, and manage all aspects of ongoing projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Project Engineers and conduct weekly project meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Work closely with Site Managers to ensure smooth on-site operations, using proactive forward planning and strong organisational skills.
• Engage with clients and their teams to understand project needs, timelines, and resolve any site-related issues efficiently.
• Collaborate across departments including QS, Purchasers, and Contract Clerks to manage resources, materials, costs, and timelines.
• Enforce and adhere the company’s processes while having the flexibility and creativity to react to and deal with unexpected events.
• Effectively represent the company professionally in site/client meetings, providing project updates to management and maintaining positive client relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, with an understanding of electrical infrastructure being a significant advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and disciplines under pressure and within deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team coordination and client satisfaction.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
