ROLE OVERVIEW

The Credit Analyst is responsible for supporting the credit evaluation process by assessing customer applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and maintaining accurate credit records. The role contributes to the quality of the Company’s loan portfolio by balancing risk and business needs, while working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely credit processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure adherence to the Company’s credit policies while maintaining a balanced approach to support the growth of quality assets.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily and monthly Credit Department reports.
• Maintain and update system records promptly and accurately.
• Provide support in enhancing the quality of credit processing and improving the proficiency of credit and marketing personnel, where required.
• Prepare Letters of Offer and other credit-related documentation.
• Assess customers’ creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Perform other credit-related assignments and ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in any discipline, preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Banking, Finance, or Equipment Financing industry.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in credit analysis are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A proactive team player with a positive working attitude.
