Poratha Group of Companies is seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented, and hands-on finance professional to join our growing organization as an Accounts Manager.

As we continue expanding across Malaysia and the Middle East within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, LNG, and Industrial Construction sectors, we are looking for a candidate capable of managing the full spectrum of financial operations while supporting strategic business growth and operational excellence.

Position: Accounts Manager

Industry: Oil & Gas / Construction / Industrial Services

Location: Semenyih, Selangor

Reporting To: CFO

Key responsibilities include:

Full set of accounts and financial reporting

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

Procurement and Purchase Order financial control

Cash flow and treasury management

Liaison with banks, auditors, tax agents, and authorities

Financial compliance, taxation, and audit coordination

ERP, SQL accounting systems, and process improvement

Financial dashboards, reporting systems, and management support

Team leadership and cross-functional coordination

ISO audit and certification support

The ideal candidate should possess:

Strong accounting and financial management experience

Experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Industrial sectors preferred

Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements

Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and financial controls

Familiarity with ERP and SQL-based accounting systems

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
