Account Manager

We are searching for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and drive growth within the dynamic IT infrastructure industry. Responsibilities:

  • Develop Client Strategies: Collaborate with end-user clients to create and execute tailored IT infrastructure solutions, aligning with our company's offerings and their business objectives
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish and nurture deep relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, building trust and fostering a mutually beneficial environment
  • Drive Sales Performance: Achieve ambitious sales targets through effective client engagement, lead generation, and sales activities, leveraging your knowledge of the IT infrastructure landscape
  • Client Enablement: Equip our clients for success by providing comprehensive support, training, and resources, ensuring they are well-versed in our IT infrastructure offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in account management or direct sales within the IT infrastructure industry
  • Strong track record of success in developing and managing strategic relationships with end-user clients in technology or infrastructure sectors
  • Deep understanding of the IT infrastructure market, including technology trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a diverse audience
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and account management tools
