Marco Polo Hotels Hiring! Full Time Assistant Communications Manager in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing communication and public relations campaigns.

• Develop and manage content for both online and offline channels.

• Cultivate strong relationships with the media and influencers.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on brand engagement initiatives and projects.

• Stay abreast of market trends, pop culture, and relevant topics to shape marketing strategies.

• Identify partnership and promotional opportunities and prepare marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, newsletters, posters, and eDMs.

• Coordinate with in-house designers for artwork production.

• Update the hotel's website and social media platforms, while providing technical and administrative support to the Communications Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or Hospitality.

• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.

• Goal-oriented, confident, dynamic, and creative, with a positive working attitude.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, with knowledge of other foreign languages being advantageous.
