Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Entry / Junior Business Analyst located in Singapore River, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and support the execution of operational and technical solutions. Responsibilities will include documenting business processes, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to identify and interpret trends and insights
• Experience with Business Processes and defining Business Requirements to improve operational efficiency
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Exposure to project management methodologies and tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work environments
