MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     Develop electrical engineering design for semiconductor backend machines.

     Create electrical drawings, bill of materials, and other design documents, and maintain design history.

     Collaborate and interface with other functional teams (mechanical design, process, software, manufacturing, and purchasing, etc.) to achieve project goals.

     Participate in new product development and support existing products for continuous improvements.

     Support new product transfer from R&D to product teams.

     Conduct testing and analysis using engineering instruments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant qualifications.
• Diploma holders or fresh graduates with good aptitude will be considered.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology and skills.
• Familiar with any electrical CAD software package.
• Good team player who can work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Hands-on experience in electrical system or subsystem design will be a plus.
• Knowledge in motion control systems will be a plus.
