What You'll Work With

• Frameworks: Angular (or equivalent modern JS/TS framework), Python (shared tooling)
• 3D Visualization: WebGL-based frameworks (Three.js, Babylon.js, or equivalent); experience with any is valuable; willingness to go deep is required
• IDE & Tooling: Microsoft Visual Studio Code
• CI/CD: TeamCity, Azure DevOps

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of frontend development experience with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework
• Demonstrated ability to build spatial or 3D interfaces such as maps, CAD viewers, point clouds, or similar. Portfolio evidence expected.
• Instinct for usability in complex, information-dense interfaces. You think about how the user actually works, not just how the data is structured.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with technical leads to translate architecture decisions into interface behavior.
• Experience in industrial, robotics, or simulation environments but a track record of shipping hard UX problems in any domain is the baseline.

What Good Looks Like

• You can look at a 3D facility model and a list of inspection requirements and design a workflow that an operator can learn in an hour and trust with their plant. You push back on requirements that would make the interface worse, and you can articulate exactly why.
