This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Assistant located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for managing purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, analyzing purchasing data, collaborating with internal departments to align procurement needs, and maintaining records of purchases and supplier agreements. The position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to support the procurement team's operations effectively.

• Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchasing, and Procurement processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate purchasing trends, costs, and vendor proposals
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and time management skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Relevant diploma or degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
