-Oversee end-to-end ice cream manufacturing operations, including mixing, pasteurization, homogenization, freezing, filling, hardening, and packaging processes.
-Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets
-Ensure compliance with food safety standards
-Monitor product quality, consistency, taste, texture, and packaging standards throughout production.
-Lead and supervise production teams, including shift managers, operators, maintenance staff, and quality personnel.
-Manage raw material usage, wastage control, and inventory levels for dairy ingredients, flavors, packaging materials, and finished goods.
-Develop and manage operational budgets, labor planning, and cost-control strategies.
