Job Summary

The Finance Executive shall report to the Finance Manager, and will be required to carry out the following duties, but not limited to as specified below:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support for Non-Trade AP & Payment Process

• Initial Verification: Assist in the preliminary checking of non-trade purchase requests, utility bills, and office overheads match supporting documents.
• Data Entry: Perform accurate posting of non-trade invoices into the accounting system based on established GL codes and departmental allocations.
• Payment Documentation: Compile and organize supporting documents (Invoices, DOs, and approvals) to assist in the preparation of payment batches for Senior Finance Executive review.
