We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support logistics and operational projects within a multinational logistics environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, industry knowledge, and effective stakeholder communication skills.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics-related projects within defined timelines and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with operational and business objectives
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth project execution
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the logistics industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and operational processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for professional communication
• Willingness to travel when required for project-related activities

• Basic Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000
• Mobile Allowance: RM 150
