Onsite/Hybrid – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

6-Month Contract (Extendable)

Kris Infotech Malaysia is supporting a high-impact project and is looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Sales & Service Cloud.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Functional Consultant with proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable customer engagement and marketing automation solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design and implementation across Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Configure and optimize SFMC modules – Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio & Contact Builder

Design customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and campaign workflows

Ensure alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities

Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

5–6+ years of Salesforce experience with strong exposure to Sales & Service Cloud

Proven experience in functional consulting, requirement gathering, and solution design

Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and customer lifecycle journeys

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Solid understanding of data models, segmentation, and personalization strategies

Nice to Have

Salesforce Cloud certifications

Experience in regional or global marketing transformation projects
