Quantity Surveyor (Tender Projects)

• Up till $3500 basic + Variable Bonus

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm

This role is ideal for candidates with strong costing and tender experience who are looking to build long-term career growth within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.

This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy managing tender projects, cost analysis, and contractor coordination, while gaining valuable exposure to end-to-end tender and construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle measurement and pricing for tender submissions across various construction projects

• Prepare and evaluate tender costing, budgets, and quotations

• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding tender and project matters

• Support Progress Claims and Variation Order (VO) submissions for awarded projects

• Participate in weekly site meetings to ensure smooth coordination and execution of works

• Monitor project costing and maintain proper master costing records at headquarters

• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project costs remain within budget

• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

• 2 years of experience in tender quantity surveying within the construction industry

• Experience in tender costing, pricing, and contract administration is required

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
