Location: 1 in Johor Bharu, 3 in Selangor

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for proactive and driven HR Executives to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions. This role plays a key part in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from sourcing to offer stage
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings/interviews
• Coordinate interview arrangements and manage scheduling between candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers and recruitment reports
• Support employer branding activities and career fairs when required
• Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
• Strong interest in recruitment and people engagement
• Familiar with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure in recruitment are encouraged to apply
