Job Summary

The HR Executive supports daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll verification, work pass administration, and employee records management. This role ensures compliance with Singapore labour regulations while providing administrative and HR support to maintain smooth workforce operations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
2. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and HRIS systems.
3. Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
4. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Team player who can follow directions and collaborate effectively.
6. Adaptable with a positive and proactive attitude.
