We are looking for an Operations Manager with strong knowledge of retail store operations, particularly in mini-marts, convenience stores, and provision shops (SSIC 47102). The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock monitoring, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires good record-keeping skills, the ability to maintain organized product displays and store conditions, and strong problem-solving skills to handle daily operational issues. Candidates must also have good communication skills, effective time management, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and keen attention to detail, while ensuring compliance with company policies and basic regulatory requirements.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY

1. Managing the overall daily operations of the stores

2. Overseeing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks

3. Coordinating with suppliers for timely stock delivery and replenishment

4. Ensuring proper product display and overall store cleanliness

5. Handling customer inquiries and maintaining good service standards

6. Controlling daily expenses and minimizing losses

7. Ensuring compliance with company policies and basic regulatory requirements

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Basic knowledge of retail store operations, especially for mini-marts and convenience stores
