Samadhi Window Covering Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based B2B manufacturer specialising in high-quality customised window covering solutions, including made-to-order motorised and manual shades.
The company serves overseas business clients, including international brands and retailers, particularly in the U.S. market. Our products are manufactured based on client-specific requirements, with a strong focus on precision, product consistency, quality control, and reliable production standards.
As an export-oriented manufacturing company, Samadhi continues to grow its production and operational capabilities in Singapore. We are looking for suitable local talents to join our team and support the company’s long-term business growth.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support our B2B sales and business development activities in Singapore and overseas markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, following up on orders and payments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
As the company is expanding into overseas markets, particularly Australia and the United States, the candidate may be required to travel overseas for customer meetings, market development, trade exhibitions, and business follow-up.
This role is suitable for candidates who are proactive, customer-oriented, target-driven, and interested in growing their career in B2B sales, manufacturing, home furnishing, window covering, smart home products, or international trade.
- Minimum GCE A Level or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience will be an advantage, but candidates without relevant experience may also be considered if they have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
- Able to follow up with customers, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Proficient in English for daily work communication.
- Mandarin communication ability will be an advantage, as the role may involve coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, or overseas business partners.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willing to travel overseas when required, especially for business development activities in Australia, the United States, and other overseas markets.
- Candidates with B2B sales, export sales, project sales, or distributor management experience will be preferred, but not compulsory.
