Finance Executive (Full Sets / Management Reporting)

Location: Singapore

ClearSK Healthcare Group operates the ClearSK group of clinics franchised aesthetic and wellness centers across Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Kuala Lumpur. As we expand into bio-regenerative healthcare and prepare for an IPO, we are strengthening our finance team. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to group operations and AI-enabled finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain full sets of accounts for assigned entities.

- Handle month-end closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

- Prepare monthly management reports and assist in quarterly statutory submissions.

- Support audit schedules and tax / GST filings.

- Build and automate Excel templates or simple financial models.

- Coordinate with regional finance teams on inter-company transactions.

Requirements

- Degree in Accounting / Finance from a recognized institution.

- ACCA / CPA part-qualified advantageous.

- Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years experience preferred.

- Proficient in Excel and open to learning AI tools and automation.

- Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability.
