Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI-driven agents used in live production environments across enterprise use cases
• Own the full lifecycle of agent development from initial concept through to deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities and contribute to future roadmap direction
• Develop reusable frameworks and approaches that can be adapted across industries and use cases

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling production grade software or AI driven systems
• Strong problem-solving ability in dynamic, fast-evolving technical environments
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Clear communication skills across both technical and non technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
