Responsibilities
- To monitor and supervise a group of workers from the agency to ensure the workers deliver the required tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- To execute any instruction received from customer, to perform unloading, put away, cargo inspection, picking, loading, and sorting in a timely manner.
- To organize the required team members in delegating the tasks among the subordinates on a daily basis.
- To complete all required documentation such as tally sheet (Inbound / Outbound), damage report, etc.
- Ensuring warehouse equipment such as MHE, air conditioning system, shutter door, dock leveler, weigh scale, pallet jack, racking system, etc., is in good condition by applying good practice to maintain the equipment in good order.
- To provide support to Warehouse Senior Executive in implementation of initiatives to meet warehouse’s goals, strategy, and policies.
- To ensure cleanliness of overall warehouse area and to take necessary action to maintain the condition.
- To stop and report any unsafe activity within the warehouse to the immediate superior.
- Maintain and ensure all activities comply with ISO13485:2016 requirement.
- To perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum pass SPM examination.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a 3PL Company (warehouse position).
- Added advantage: Experience working in an international port with knowledge in import/export procedure and experience in handling medical device or pharmaceutical product storage.
- WMS skill.
