About the Role
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business unit leaders, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters
Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's goals, challenges, and talent needs, and collaborate with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results
Partner with leaders to identify and address employee performance and development needs, including coaching, performance management, and talent assessment
Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives and promote employee engagement and retention
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively share knowledge and insights with business leaders and HR colleagues
Support the implementation of organizational changes, including restructuring, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
Participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the HR function
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in Human Resources Management
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in e-Commerce sector
Experience in driving organization and business growth is HIGHLY preferred
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive insights and recommendations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related tools
