Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Manage physical and digital filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval
  • Assist in preparing, compiling, and organising documents for proper documentation and audit readiness
  • Maintain and update company records in a structured and systematic manner
  • Verify and cross-check information against supporting documents for accuracy
  • Prepare letters, reports, and administrative correspondence when required
  • Support improvements in digital document management systems
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in completing tasks

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
