Job Description:

• Attend job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
• Establish connections with colleges, universities, and trade schools for campus recruitment.
• Sourcing candidates on recruitment platform, social media and etc.
• To make calls and arrange interviews.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• To follow up and keep candidates updated with their job application status.
• Promote the organization and job opportunities to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
• Develop and implement field recruiting strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Optimize recruitment plans to improve the efficiency of hiring processes in designated regions.
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities, candidate details, and hiring progress.
• Provide timely reports on recruitment metrics and field activities.
• Stay informed of industry trends, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Good command in English and BM.
• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment; full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
