Modular Scale Hiring! Full Time Site Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (8am - 5pm)
Saturday working full day (8am-5pm)

Job Description:

• Schedule, control, and monitor all resources and materials on a weekly basis to ensure optimal allocation and uninterrupted workflow.
• Communicate with subcontractor regarding site specifications and any necessary adjustments.
• Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme
• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager on subcontractor scheduling and material ordering to ensure timely site execution and resource availability.

Job Requirement:

• Experience in supervising construction or ID projects.
• Be able to liaise with clients, project managers, regulatory authorities & stakeholders
• Dynamic, positive attitude, ability to anticipate project needs, meet deadlines with little supervision
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work assignments efficiently and effectively.
• Have knowledge and experience in interior fit-out works is an added advantage.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage).
• At least 2 years of working experience specializing in Kitchen Cabinet /Interior Design or related fields is required for this position.
