RETAIL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

The placement is a retail outlet-based position at Cash Converters. The primary operations involve the buying and selling all types of end-consumer goods.

Job Description:

· Hands-on attitude to support the day-to-day aspects of running the outlet to achieve performance results

· Impart interpersonal skills to influence positive customer centric service

· Organise and engage the team in merchandising tactics to deliver impact sales

· Continuous learning and sharing with the team on product knowledge

· Lead and groom team to improve the value per basket sales

· Be trained to be dependable to negotiate and manage the buy-in of used goods

· Practice and execute the rules, policies and code of conduct

· Execute the scopes as tasked including ad-hoc requirements

· Demonstrate enthusiasm and lead by example to motivate the team toward performance objectives

You should possess leadership skills to capitalize on team bonding productivity, generate consistent customer care objectives and keep aligned to the outlet performance budgets.

Requirements & Competencies:

· Quick to learn during the training phase and adopt the functional requirements in a fast-paced environment

· Known to be responsible, reliable, passionate for results

· Competent in logic-thinking, problem-solving, task priorities, communication and interpersonal skills in diverse situations

· Previously exposed in Retail sales performance with team management role

· Foster the value of customer experience with the team

· Prepared to work retail hours following rostered schedules

· Physically fit and in good health to meet the physical demands of the job functions

Salary will commensurate according to relevant experiences and achievements, ranging RM3000 and up; successful candidates will be offered a contract position as Management Trainee- Retail Operations. Candidates with suitable potential for other positions as observed during the interview may be considered appropriately.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
