Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
Process and monitor daily e-commerce orders across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, company website)
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and delivery coordination
Handle order discrepancies, returns, and refunds
2. Customer Service Support
Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms in a timely and professional manner
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards
3. Inventory & Coordination
Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for replenishment
Ensure product availability and update listings accordingly
Assist in stock reconciliation and reporting
4. Product Listing & Content Management
Create and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all e-commerce platforms
Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and online sales activities
5. Sales & Reporting
Generate regular sales and performance reports
Monitor sales trends and highlight key insights to the team
Assist in analysing campaign performance
6. Administrative Support
Maintain proper documentation of transactions and processes
Support the team in ad-hoc administrative duties and projects
