Job Description:
Distributors management - Operational execution & communication with Distributors SC
Regional Demand Planning - PO / operational to warehouse
Prepare, process, and maintain supply chain documents such as purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), invoices, and reports.
Maintain accurate filing (softcopy and hardcopy) and records of suppliers, contracts, and logistics documents.
Follow up with suppliers on order status, deliveries, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on order requirements and timelines.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
