Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Admin based in Kuala Lumpur. The HR Admin will handle day-to-day responsibilities including managing employee records, organizing recruitment processes, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Additional duties may include coordinating training sessions, tracking employee performance metrics, and supporting the HR team with organizational policies and procedures. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth HR operations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in HR operations, employee record management, and recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate training sessions and maintain accuracy in record keeping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to assist with HR policy development
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise effectively across departments
  • Proficiency in using HR software or tools for tracking and reporting employee data
  • Knowledge or certification in human resources management is preferred
  • Prior experience in the financial or trading industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
