Recruitment & Staffing
Manage full recruitment cycle including manpower requisition, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and prepare interview documentation
Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers and contracts
Liaise with agencies, job portals, and government platforms (e.g., MyCareersFuture)
Facilitate onboarding and induction for new hires
Maintain updated recruitment tracker and manpower reports
Payroll & Compensation
Process monthly payroll accurately and timely
Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, claims, incentives, and deductions
Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (CPF, SHG, SDL, etc.)
Handle leave records, attendance, and timesheets verification
Process final payments for resigned employees
Coordinate with finance on payroll reconciliation and audits
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HRIS system
Prepare HR letters (confirmation, increment, warning, termination, etc.)
Manage employee benefits administration (leave, insurance, medical claims, etc.)
Monitor probation reviews and contract renewals
Arrange training and maintain training master list
Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with MOM regulations
Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
Handle general employee enquiries and provide HR support
Compliance & Employee Relations
Ensure HR practices comply with Employment Act and company policies
Support disciplinary processes and documentation
Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
