Qualifications



  • Degree or equivalent in Project or Construction Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in industrial real estate, logistics, or project management.
  • Proven experience in industrial and logistics sector.


Required Skills



  • Strong corporate sales background with expertise in consultations, sales enablement, and leadership.
  • High commercial and financial acumen, including contract modelling and deal structuring.
  • Ability to anticipate trends, simplify complex concepts, and drive change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience influencing management and leading teams.
  • Client-centric approach with deep understanding of industrial markets, competitor landscape, and regulatory context.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and cost reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of market trends and regulatory frameworks.
