Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


· Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects involving Telecom OSS/BSS and Digital Applications (e.g., self-care portals, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, customer onboarding, chatbots, etc.).


· Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and solution architects.


· Collaborate with telecom clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure business and technical alignment.


· Oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and user-centric digital applications integrated with OSS/BSS systems.


· Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote adoption of agile best practices across the project lifecycle.


· Monitor project health, manage risk, and lead mitigation efforts for scope, cost, timeline, and quality challenges.


· Ensure seamless integration between digital front-ends and backend systems such as billing, CRM, provisioning, and network management.


· Track and report KPIs, progress, budgets, and quality metrics to senior leadership and client stakeholders.


· Champion innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery and digital solution architecture.


Required Skills & Experience:


· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.


· 7+ years of experience in the software development industry, with at least 3 years as a Technical Project Manager.


· Proven experience delivering Telecom OSS/BSS software solutions such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Mediation, Inventory Management.


· Strong expertise in managing Digital Applications, including mobile apps, web portals, and customer engagement platforms.


· In-depth understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps practices.


· Familiarity with telecom industry standards (TM Forum, eTOM, ITIL) and modern digital architecture patterns (APIs, microservices, cloud-native apps).


· Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.).


· Ability to manage and deliver on complex, integrated digital initiatives in fast-paced environments.


· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
